Thank You for 15 Wonderful Years!
After nearly 15 years of serving Calgary and the surrounding area, Silver Sage Beef has officially concluded its retail operations.
Since opening our doors in 2011, we have had the privilege of providing locally raised beef to thousands of customers who believed in supporting local farmers, ranchers, and independent businesses. We are incredibly grateful for the friendships, relationships, great conversations and support we have received throughout the years.
As our family looks to the future, we have made the decision to step away from retail and focus our efforts on the farm and ranch. Agriculture has been at the heart of our family's story for generations, and we are excited to dedicate more of our time and energy to growing that legacy.
This transition allows us to focus on expanding our farming and ranching operations while exploring new opportunities in value-added agriculture and food production. We are working on new projects and looking forward to what the future may bring.
The story continues
As we focus our efforts on the farm and ranch, we are also exploring new opportunities through Silver Sage Grains, including plans for local grain processing and flour milling of our organic all purpose flour. Our goal is to continue creating high-quality local grown food products while adding value directly on the farm.
Although these projects are still in development, we are excited about the future and look forward to sharing updates as they progress.
To our customers, staff, suppliers, and community partners: thank you for being part of our journey. Your support has meant more to us than words can express.
Silver Sage Beef may be closing this chapter, but the story continues on the farm.
